AmericaCompra.com promises to provide its customers with the highest degree of customer service. Our affiliated merchants have been carefully screened to ensure they will meet the lofty standards we have set for this company.

All America Compra orders are placed over a secured server network. America Compra will not distribute your e-mail or other information to any third party.

AmericaCompra.com, in association with local merchants, will deliver your purchase when requested. All orders must be received by 11 am EST for all cake orders Monday through Friday, on Saturdays by 11am EST. Flower orders must be received by 10 a.m. in the time zone of delivery to ensure timely delivery Monday through Saturday. Any orders received after these times will be delivered the next day. Saturday orders received after cutoff time will be delivered on Monday. There will be no Sunday orders or deliveries.

All cakes are ordered from independent bakeries across the country and other nations. The picture of the cake is a general representation of the actual product.

You expressly agree that the use of AmericaCompra.com is at your sole risk. You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with AmericaCompra.com. Neither the company, nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers ("Providers") merchants ("Merchants"), sponsors ("Sponsors"), licensors ("licensors") or the like ("Associates"), warrant that AmericaCompra.com will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of AmericaCompra.com, or to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service or merchandise provided through AmericaCompra.com; the company does guarantee that your cakes and flowers will be delivered fresh. If it does not, the company's sole maximum liability will be not more than to refund the purchase price or to replace and deliver an equivalent bakery or floral gift as soon as reasonably practicable.

AmericaCompra.com is provided on an "as is", "as available" basis and the company specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by the company nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, Providers, Merchants, Sponsors, Licensors, or the like, shall create a warranty.

Under no circumstances shall the company or any other party involved in creating, producing or distributing products for AmericaCompra.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use AmericaCompra.com, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from AmericaCompra.com or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files of e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the company's records, programs or services.

You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through AmericaCompra.com. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AmericaCompra.com is not responsible for:

Orders will not be delivered on holidays, they will be delivered on the next working business day.
Incorrect addresses supplied to AmericaCompra.com by the sender of the gift, thus resulting in unsuccessful delivery
We are not responsible for being unable to deliver orders due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
The quality of all gifts due to incorrect address resulting in a re-route requested by the sender.
Problems in quality resulting from delay in delivery, due to sender requiring signature upon delivery of the product.
Prices may vary due to a variety of circumstances and AmericaCompra.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The flower arrangements may differ from city to city slightly due to availability and variety of flowers although we will try to remain true to the picture in our display.
AmericaCompra.com is not responsible for allergic reactions due to the sender not notifying AmericaCompra.com of any allergies to any item used in creating the cakes.
Errors in messages on cakes or gifts, due to misspelling, misinformation given to us by sender.
Decorations on cakes may vary from display slightly.

AmericaCompra.com does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within 48 hours of the requested delivery date, or within the seven days prior to any holidays, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.

Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order. Prices may vary from city to city, or from country to country.
